Originally intending to go to Hurley Community Development, I am a little unsure about the change to Glenmary Farm (apparently some last second cancellations or something caused them to need people to switch from Hurley to Glenmary, and I volunteered). The added sense of unknown supplied by the switch is diminished because both of my roommates and a guy from down the hall went to the same site during the fall, but nevertheless, I don't even yet know which state Glenmary Farm is in (or at least didn't until my mom asked me on the phone and I had to look it up). However, from what my roommates tell me, it seems like it is going to be an amazing experience, and I'm eagerly anticipating it. I hope to be able to get my fix of service during the week and learn a bit more about the region and myself during the coming week. The trip (from the 7th to the 13th) is quickly approaching, and I need to start packing, so I'd better go. See you soon...
